No, we're not home. We're out west caring for a disabled parental unit. Sorry to have left you all hanging. Just when it seems one crisis has past another one rears it's head. For all those inquiring minds that keep checking back...It's a T-1 interface card for a Mitel (formerly Inter-Tel) phone system. The little red alarm light means that there's a problem and when there's a red-light problem it means that the phones aren't working...and we are. Very hard, too.
Keep checking back. Eventually we may have a life again! Love you, miss you.
Some tech-nerd will get this one. In the meantime I'll just guess some kind of router, server or an obsolete computer.
I've got nothing against Norway - I like the people and the fjords look nice - but with that said, I've got my rep as a popstar to think about. Sure, I have a long way to go before I can compare myself with the likes of John Balance and Justin Timberlake, but being associated with Lusekofte and Rakfisk will not help me.
And, honeys, the Ape of Naples came out in late 2005. You're living in the past! I've already enjoyed two years of shaking my butt to hits such as 'Heaven's Blade' and 'I Don't Get It'.
Hey! Wenz is Alive! Alive! Welcome back and Happy New Year, and Happy 100th! This is some sort of building fire alarm monitoring panel. Do you think the fotopages admins should just turn the whole system over to us and we'll run it like a wiki?

An LP Box, eh? It's too bad I don't own a record player.
It's part of the phone system controller. That's what I think. I think the cards are like server blades, maybe each card muxing a few circuits onto a digital signal, and this is one of the cards, with status lights on it. When somebody calls the help desk (from another extension) to complain that their phone isn't working, you can wheel your chair over and take a gander at the lights, then confirm with the caller, "Yep. Got a system problem in here. I'll swap in a new blade and get it programmed and give you a call in a few minutes." Then that gives you about ten minutes to drink your coffee and catch up on American Idol highlights online before you pull the blade out and slap it back in to reset it.
Yeah, but American Idol sucks though. Well, I supppose it's better than Swedish Idol...

It's a security alarm box. I saw something very, very similar at Fry's today - hooked up to the camera section - all those little security devices lead to this box and if someone tries to steal a camera, a really annoying alarm goes off.
Now, where are you little Miss Wednesday?!!? It's almost MARCH!!!
