Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding! Congratulations to RipChamb!, who executed a perfect guesser-back sneak when it looked like the twins went AWOL again. The Ripster saw us taking pictures of the below mentioned equipment and was forbidden from guessing for the week. We can cry no foul that he came back and posted the answer long after the week had expired. Perhaps he thought we would never return and wanted to satisfy all your inquiring minds...
Honourable Mentions to Richard, who visited three times this week, made a lap around the page and guessed we'd somehow managed to scale the heights of the natatorium and get a shot of the skinny dippers in the pool from the vents overhead, but that's not the guess that got him in the HM space. Nor was the Spidey comment, that one just pissed us off by leaving a stupid song stuck in our head's all freakin' day. No, the guess that made the mentions was the industrial drying rack comment.
Solution: It is an infrared electric textile dryer. Specifically the Radicure D by The M&R Companies. It's a handy-dandy piece of equipment that dries (cures) the ink on a freshly imprinted piece of clothing. They are very warm to work around (so we like them in the winter time) and do a superb job of re-heating pizza. Yummy! That may be why your new shirt smells like pepperoni!
mknace had a really, really good guess with the rat trap (and no offense was intended to any other contestants with that guess). We have a live animal trap that we occasionally use on wildlife that becomes a little too familiar with our house and the picture does indeed look like the heavy steel mesh of which it is constructed.
Once Lewesrat calmed down enough to avoid the obvious bait strewn her way, she managed several good guess. Unfortunately none of them was correct but damn, she's got the WIIW seductress spirit!
dskujawski pondered the puzzler and gave a grate, er great, guess of air grate. We see that! Come back and see what we see again!
herr Kask and his buffed-out bod strutted his stuff for the L'Rat Girl but was apparently unable to appease the Insatiable One since she showed up shortly after looking for Dr. Jones…then again, maybe she caught something?
Juli we have to call this one as we see it. Your team hasn't a snowball's chance in the Maintain Campaign…unless of course you admitted you're going to fatten up for the holidays!
JP returned long enough to remind us of a former contestant, one we all truly miss, Dr. Mark Jones of the flowers and waterfalls in exotic places. And we use his signature phrase all the time now. We get the greatest posed-portrait pictures now that we have our subjects shout gubbins catcher instead of cheese.
And then, speak of the devil, Mark pops up from down under and gives us a lazy wave. Even though he dissed us all we guess we'll pop on down to his page and see if we can't score some hairy-chested, beach-going, he-man cheesecake pics.
Nizam Ibrahim must have pesky critters like we do since the description of the trap in this guess nails it better than our description of the trap did. Keep coming back, we like your attention to detail.
herr Kask reacts in a quick and swift way to Mark's behaving like a royal perse by caving in and admitting he thinks he's a sissy. Oh, and he guessed again.
owaister agrees with mknace and Nizam Ibrahim that it is an animal trap. Ok, we admit to wanting to see selected fellow employees get trapped in this machine...
Guesses for the puzzle were finished with a visit from long, lost liz moody who knows our love of the mundane and ordinary and gosh darn-it, she just gives us wonderful ideas for future puzzles!
A great big WIIW welcome to all our new visitors: dskujawski, Nizam Ibrahim, and owaister; long time lurkers, first time guessers!

Sorry, sorry, SORRY!!! We never should have been foolish enough to jinx ourselves by actually giving a date when we expected the client from hell to be done with us. But noooooooooo, it's just one little nit-picky thing after another. We will chalk this up to lessons learned. Rather than set another deadline, we'll just quote Ah-nold and say, "We'll be back."
Apologies all around. We find ourselves over-committed with work and family and friends. We will return on 11-14-07 with the answer and a new puzzle. We appreciate your patience. Thanks to everyone for hanging in there!
Take a careful look at the picture.
Leave a comment with your best guess as to what exactly it is a picture of.
We'll be back about the same time next week with the solution to this week's puzzle and a new photo to guess about.
